His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to Head of Department at Sudharsan Polytechnic College, Pudukkottai, where he was later recommended by Mr. Ganesh, the college Principal, to assume the role of Principal. Since 2009, he has been leading SSR Polytechnic College in Ponnamaravathi, overseeing the education and development of over 25,000 students. Under his guidance, students are encouraged to excel not only academically but also in sports, cultural activities, and technical endeavors.

Beyond his administrative duties, he is a district-level Kabaddi player and a proficient opening batsman in cricket. He has a passion for music, particularly singing, and has contributed to academia through publications in international journals and authoring textbooks for polytechnic education.

He attributes his journey and success to the unwavering support and patience of his spouse, Tmt. Devi Nallusamy, his beloved son, Mr. Ba. Rahul Ajai, and his daughter, Ms. Ba. Janani Priya. Their love and encouragement have been invaluable throughout his endeavors.
