Dr. Preetii Padmanabhan epitomizes the profound impact of education, quoting Benjamin Franklin’s belief that “An investment in education always pays the highest returns.” She hails from Pune, Maharashtra, where she attended St. Helena’s High School & Junior College and Nowrosjee Wadia College, shaping her academic foundation. Her journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, alongside a Fellowship in Clinical Nutrition. Recently, she achieved an International Postgraduate Diploma in Bioethics, Human Rights, and Human Laws from UNESCO, Haifa Australia.

Currently, she  serves as a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Biochemistry at SSPM Medical College and Lifetime Hospital in Padve, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. Affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and recognized by the National Medical Commission of India, her institution benefits from her extensive expertise and commitment to education and research. Her scholarly contributions are showcased through numerous research papers published in esteemed international journals.

Acknowledged globally for her outstanding contributions, she  has received 13 International Awards and 3 National Awards. Her accolades recognize her excellence in teaching, research, and administration, highlighted by the recent “Excellence Award” for her tireless dedication to student development and academic advancement in medical sciences. She is also certified as an Internal Auditor for Clinical Laboratory accreditation under ISO 15128:2022, underscoring her commitment to quality management in healthcare.

In addition to her academic achievements, she  is a certified Life Coach mentored by Puja Puneet, renowned globally for her expertise. She is also trained under the “Iron Lady” program, empowering women across India to achieve leadership roles in their respective fields. Her professional demeanor and nurturing approach make her a role model for aspiring medical professionals, reflecting her dedication to fostering competent doctors.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she  finds solace in creative expressions like creative writing, singing on virtual platforms, sketching with color pencils, painting, fabric painting, blogging, and composing poetry. Her collection of sixty sonnets titled “Sixty Sonnets” stands testament to her literary prowess. She finds inspiration in self-help books and literary works by Paulo Coelho, showcasing her diverse interests and intellectual curiosity.
