Kirit Hindocha is a veteran global business leader with more than three decades of experience spanning telecom, cloud and enterprise IT. His career includes more than 20 years with Nokia and a decade with HP, where he has built, scaled and transformed high-impact global organisations. Combining deep technological expertise with commercial acumen, he has consistently focused on revenue enablement, operational excellence and the development of scalable business models.

He currently serves as Head of Global Sales Support for Nokia’s Mobile Infrastructure (MI) Business Group, where he leads a team of more than 300 telecom consultants. In this role, he oversees global pre-sales and sales-support operations, helping strengthen engagement with enterprise customers and service providers. His leadership focuses on improving operational efficiency, accelerating deal cycles and creating responsive delivery models aligned with evolving customer requirements.

A defining feature of his career has been his ability to transform Global Capability Centers (GCCs) from conventional support functions into strategic engines of business value. At Nokia, he has played a central role in developing a high-performing GCC within the Global Sales Support function. Under his strategic direction, the centre has evolved beyond execution-focused responsibilities to support business transformation, GenAI-led innovation, operational maturity and long-term organisational strategy.

His contributions have also gained visibility across India’s rapidly developing GCC and enterprise-transformation ecosystem. He has participated in prominent industry forums, including the ET Edge GCC Summit in Hyderabad in September 2025, where he contributed to executive discussions surrounding the scaling of Agentic AI adoption. His perspectives on emerging technologies and their influence on global operating models continue to contribute to industry conversations.

Further recognition came in December 2025, when the GCC under his leadership was named among the “Most Impactful GCCs of India” at the ET Edge GCC Summit. The recognition reflected the organisation’s ability to convert capability development and innovation into tangible business outcomes. In January 2026, he was invited as an Executive Speaker at the GCC Leadership Conclave in Pune, where he addressed the evolving role of leadership in the age of AI. At the same event, he received the honour of “Honorary GCC Leader of the Year” in the telecom sector.

Beyond corporate leadership, he is deeply committed to mentoring and talent development. Certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), he applies a psychology-informed perspective to coaching and professional development. His mentoring philosophy considers career progression alongside broader dimensions of personal well-being, helping professionals navigate transitions and develop sustainable approaches to success.

He has contributed to Nokia’s internal leadership-development initiatives as a business host and mentor and remains engaged with innovation programmes, collaborating with HR and Learning & Development teams on talent strategies. His mentoring activities also extend beyond the corporate environment through his association with Women4Cyber, a Europe-based foundation supporting women in cybersecurity, technology and STEM leadership.

His leadership philosophy is anchored in collaboration, innovation and execution excellence. He advocates combining advanced technologies such as AI and GenAI with human expertise to create sustainable transformation. His career reflects a consistent focus on strengthening operating models, scaling organisational capabilities and developing future leaders.

As enterprises continue adapting to AI-driven transformation and increasingly complex global operating environments, his experience places him at the intersection of technology, strategy and people development. His professional journey demonstrates how effective leadership can simultaneously advance business performance, technological innovation and human potential, offering a compelling model for the future of global enterprise transformation.
