Sanketh Huddar, the founding director of CIPHOR at TSC Technologies Pvt. Ltd., has established himself as a key player in aerospace and defense technology. His leadership has been pivotal in the company’s success, particularly through its accomplishments in the DISC 7 and DISC 8 awards. Founded in February 2020 by Sanketh Huddar and Denzel Abraham George, CIPHOR has achieved significant milestones, including winning multiple DISC awards such as the AI-Enabled Underwater Vision System, Portable Radar Cross Section Measurement Device, Airborne High-Performance Multi-Mode Active Electronic Scanned Array (AESA) Radar, Airborne High-Performance Lightweight COMINT System, and the Portable Ku Band SATCOM Terminal.

His professional journey is marked by his role as Head of Operations for the 75 Students’ Satellites Consortium: Mission 2022, an ambitious project aimed at launching 75 satellites by 2025 to commemorate India’s 75 years of independence. His accolades include the “IEI Centenary Award for Young Research Engineer” by IIT Kanpur, the “NDRF Young Research Engineers Award” from Dr. Mylswamy Annadurai in 2020, and the “Best Outgoing Student” award at New Horizon College of Engineering. His contributions extend to co-authoring influential books, including “Compendium of Student Satellites,” “New Space Era: Small Satellites Big Applications,” and “A Step-by-Step Guide to CanSat Building.”

A significant moment for CIPHOR came with its participation in the iDEX program. During their first attempt at iDEX, the company secured four contracts from the Indian Navy in the DISC 7 sprint, a testament to their innovative solutions. Securing five contracts under DISC7 and DISC8 has been transformative for CIPHOR, allowing them to develop advanced technologies for the Indian defense sector.
