Ms. Rashmi Panwar Majoka serves as an Assistant Professor at the District Institute of Education and Training (D.I.E.T) under SCERT, Haryana. Since 2014, she has been a committed member of the Department of Education, Government of Haryana. With a Master’s degree and NET qualifications in Zoology and Education from MDU Rohtak, she  has made significant contributions to teacher training and school education improvement in Gurugram.

Her  role in shaping future educators is evident through her work with BSc and B.Ed integrated courses at SIASTE Gurugram. Over her decade-long teaching career, she has trained government school teachers in leadership, science pedagogy, and educational technology, aiming to enhance the quality of education in schools. Her training sessions also address critical topics such as adolescence issues, drug awareness, and the POCSO and POSH Acts, ensuring that both teachers and students are well-informed and sensitized to these important subjects.

One of her  significant achievements includes providing in-service training to 200 government school teachers on artificial intelligence and e-content development using various online apps. Her innovative approach to education has enabled teachers to incorporate modern technology into their teaching methods, making learning more engaging and effective. Additionally, under her coordination, teachers have been trained in advanced pedagogical practices in science for classes 9 to 12, improving the overall teaching-learning process in classrooms.Her  dedication to education extends beyond the classroom. She has presented a paper on the New Education Policy at a state-level seminar organized by the State Council of Education Research and Training in Gurugram, Haryana. Her insights and expertise have contributed to the ongoing discourse on educational reforms, showcasing her commitment to improving the education system at a broader level.

 

Her role as a mentor and monitor of teachers in rural areas of Gurugram under the Saksham Haryana Programme highlights her commitment to enhancing the quality of elementary education. Her efforts have ensured that teachers of Government Schools in Rural and Urban Areas. In these areas receive the support and guidance needed to provide quality education to their students. Furthermore, she has trained over 500 government employees in Gurugram at the Haryana Karmayogi Training for Good Governance and Leadership, demonstrating her dedication to fostering leadership and governance skills within the community.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, she  has a keen interest in meditation, theatre, and music. She conducts workshops with students to integrate these activities into school education, promoting holistic development for both teachers and students. Her multifaceted approach to education reflects her belief in the importance of nurturing well-rounded individuals who are not only academically proficient but also emotionally and creatively developed.

She  embodies the essence of a modern-day leader, setting new standards for teachers and school education in Haryana.
