His  educational journey commenced with schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya. He pursued his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from M. D. University, Rohtak, from 1987 to 1990, followed by a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from Rani Durgawati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur, during 1990-1992. His academic prowess was further embellished with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Madurai Kamraj University in 1996 and an MBA in Education Management from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, completed from 2010 to 2012. Notably, during his postgraduate studies, he  garnered six Gold Medals and was honored as the recipient of the University Gold Medal, affirming his academic excellence.

With a career spanning nearly three decades, he  embarked on his educational journey as a PGT teacher at Vivekananda Vidya Vihar School, Maral Sarovar, Khargone, starting July 1, 1994. His career progressed significantly when he joined the esteemed Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai, Sonipat, Haryana, as a PGT teacher (Master) on August 25, 1998. This institution, affiliated with CBSE and operated by the Sports Department, Government of Haryana, is renowned for its residential and co-educational environment, as well as its membership in prestigious conferences like IPSC and NPSC.

Throughout his tenure, he  has held pivotal roles including Head of Academic Council and Head of Department (Physics), overseeing academic affairs, CCTV coordination, and administrative responsibilities. He also served as Housemaster for Surya House at MNSS, Rai, from October 1999 to June 2009, and at Vivekananda Vidya Vihar, Khargone, prior to that. His commitment extended to roles such as Round Square Representative, member of the Exam Cell, and In-charge of Electronics Hobby & Astronomy Hobby, as well as Career Counseling Cell from 2000 to 2012.

His  contributions have been widely recognized, both nationally and internationally. He received the International Award for Educational Excellence in October 2023, underscoring his global impact. Nationally, he has been honored with certificates of appreciation from Education Ministers and prestigious awards such as the Global Educational Mentor Best Teacher Award and National School Award in 2023. His accolades include multiple state awards, such as the Governor Award for Best Teacher and recognition from the Sports Minister, Government of Haryana.

As an author, he has contributed significantly to educational literature with his book “Diamond Science” for classes 9 and 10, published by New Saraswati Publication House, New Delhi.
