Dr. R.D. Kumar, also known as Ramaiah Dineshkumar, is a distinguished figure in the legal field in Mysuru, Karnataka. Born on July 25, 1966, in Mudigere Village, Tumkur District, to parents who served in the Karnataka State Police Department, he has risen to prominence through his expertise and dedication to justice. He currently resides at No.8/A, 1st Floor, R.S. Avenue, Dr. Abdul Kalam Azad Road, N.R. Mohalla Main Road, Subashnagar, Mysuru, Karnataka, and practices law at M/s R.D. Kumar Law Associates, located at Kannada Sahithya Kalakoota, 1st Main Road, B.B. Garden, Mysuru, Karnataka.

His  legal journey began after completing his primary education at Hardwick and Kuvempu High School, Mysuru, and his pre-university education at JSS Mahavidyalaya, Mysuru. He earned his law degree from Vidyavardhaka Law College, Mysuru, and started practicing law independently in 1994. With decades of experience in both civil and criminal cases, he has represented various eminent companies, financial institutions, mobile companies, educational institutions, ashrams, and philanthropic organizations, offering his legal expertise and services.
