Dr. Preetii Padmanabhan embodies the essence of Benjamin Franklin’s quote, “An investment in education always pays the highest returns.” Her academic journey began at esteemed institutions in Pune, Maharashtra, including St. Helena’s High School & Junior College and Nowrosjee Wadia College. She pursued her passion for Medical Biochemistry, culminating in a doctoral degree from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. She  further honed her expertise with a Fellowship in Clinical Nutrition and an International Postgraduate Diploma in Bioethics, Human Rights, and Human Laws from UNESCO, Haifa Australia.

Currently serving as faculty in the Department of Biochemistry at SSPM Medical College and Lifetime Hospital in Padve, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of medical professionals. Her institution is affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS-Nashik) and recognized by the National Medical Commission of India. She has contributed significantly to her field, publishing numerous research papers in reputable international journals.

Her dedication and achievements have been recognized with 13 International Awards and 3 National Awards. Her accolades span teaching, research, and administration, culminating in the prestigious “Excellence Award” for her tireless efforts in student development and medical sciences research. She is committed to elevating her institution’s global reputation and has been instrumental in achieving the ISO 15128 International Quality Management Certificate for Clinical Laboratory, qualifying her as an Internal Auditor for clinical laboratory accreditation.

Beyond her academic and professional achievements, she  is a beacon of leadership, having received the Outstanding Women Leadership Award from Women Icon and Times Women in 2024. Her global influence was further recognized with the International Business and Education Award and the International Icon Award in the same year. Her appearances on magazine covers, including Educador’s 1st edition in 2023 and Icons of India in 2024, highlight her stature as a role model in education and leadership.

Her  multifaceted talents extend beyond academia. Trained as a Life Coach under Puja Puneet, she empowers others to achieve their full potential. She is also involved in the “Iron Lady” initiative, mentoring women to excel in their professions across India. Her creative pursuits include writing, singing, sketching, painting, and blogging, reflecting her diverse interests and emotional resilience.
