Dr. Nisanth Thulasiadas Madhavan has been designated as an Environment Expert at AFCONS Infrastructures Ltd since July 9, 2021, bringing over 18 years of experience to the table. His extensive career spans across various sectors including Manufacturing, Marine, Civil & Mechanical Oil and Gas projects, training institutes, and consultancy roles. Dr. Madhavan has previously worked with reputable organizations such as Dubai Municipality Larson & Toubro Ltd., Shapoorji Pallanji LTD, Prestige Construction (K2K), Suzlon Energy Ltd, and Aljaber Energy LTD, with his most recent assignment being Senior Zonal Head (General Manager EHS) at NCCCL Bangalore.

His educational background includes a Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, PGD in Industrial Safety, Diploma in Fire Safety, and M. Tech. in Environmental Engineering. Dr. Madhavan is also a certified auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Management System, ISO 45001 & OHSAS 18001 for occupational safety and health management systems, as well as ISO 17024 and ISO 17020 accreditation systems.

Throughout his career, Dr. Madhavan has held various roles such as Corporate HSE Head, Project HSE Manager, Lead HSE Engineer, HSE Trainer, and Consultant, working with national and international clients and organizations. He is experienced in conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing safety policies and procedures.

As a tutor, Dr. Madhavan has trained individuals in NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA, CIEH, STI (Scaffold Instructor), and First Aid courses. He is recognized for his effectiveness as an HSE Manager, Administrator, Consultant, Trainer, and Incident Investigator, displaying strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Dr. Madhavan’s goal is to utilize his extensive experience in construction projects to implement and maintain high HSE standards in his company.
