Dr. Chandrmani Yadav is a distinguished academic and researcher currently serving as the Dean of Research and Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at SITRC, Nasik, India. Born on 25th September 1986 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, He has established a strong academic and professional foundation in the field of Mechanical Engineering, with a particular focus on Thermal and Fluid Engineering.

He completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degrees at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. His doctoral research was centered on Thermal and Fluid Engineering, an area that has shaped his career and academic contributions. Prior to this, he earned his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Greater Noida Institute of Technology, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

With over eight years of teaching experience, He has made significant contributions to technical education. His teaching career has been complemented by five years of research experience, during which he has worked on numerous projects, published extensively, and made notable strides in the field. His research expertise is reflected in his prolific publication record, which includes six articles in SCI/SCIE journals and 11 in Scopus-indexed journals. His work spans a variety of topics within Thermal and Fluid Engineering and has garnered recognition in the academic community. Furthermore, he has authored three book chapters and holds two patents, marking his innovative contributions to the field of Mechanical Engineering.

Before joining SITRC, He held the position of Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Ashoka Institute of Technology and Management, Varanasi, India. In this role, he was responsible for leading the department’s academic and research initiatives, fostering an environment conducive to learning and innovation. His leadership at Ashoka Institute helped shape the department’s strategic direction and curriculum, impacting both students and faculty alike.

In addition to his academic and administrative roles, He has been an active member of professional organizations. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and an Associate Member of The Institution of Engineers (India), reflecting his commitment to the advancement of technical education and engineering practices. His professional memberships have also facilitated networking and collaboration with peers in the field, further enhancing his contributions to the engineering community.

He is also an editorial board member of several renowned national and international journals.
