Bharat Goel, aged 46, from NCR Delhi, is a dynamic and multi-faceted professional with extensive experience in the electrical industry. He holds a B.E. degree in Electronics & Telecommunications and is an 1999 batch alumnus. Since 1999, Bharat has been an integral part of his family business MadhuElectricals, which he joined after making a significant career shift from electronics and telecommunications to the core electrical sector.Balancing work and further education, he attended evening MBA classes and graduated with specializations in Marketing and Finance, where he earned a Silver Medal. Despite the option to pursue opportunities abroad, he chose to take on the challenge of managing the family’s manufacturing unit.

He is the co-founder/director of two companies: ConQuerent Control Systems Pvt Ltd and Dhruva Technologies P Ltd.

He currently holds two design patents in his product line, with one more patent pending. Alongside his father, he operates a business renowned in North India for providing innovative, cost-effective solutions for electrical substation equipment. Their clientele includes major organizations such as NTPC, DMRC, Indian Army, HFCL, Godrej, Adani, DLF, M3M, Emaar, NBCC, PWD, and Hero. The business is also an authorized integrator or partner for leading electrical giants like ABB, Eaton, L&T (LK), Schneider and Crompton.In 2016, they acquired a principal company specializing in earthing and lightning solutions for prominent institutions like the Indian Air Force and ISRO.

The business has received several prestigious awards, including the National Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship in 2013 from the Government of India’s Ministry of MSME, the Distinguished Entrepreneurship National Award for MSME in 2016 from the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Industry Achiever Excellence Award in 2020 from Philip Kotler Inc. USA, the Small Business Award in 2017 from Times Now, and the Champions of Manufacturing Award 2024, amongst a few others.

Bharat and his team are also dedicated to philanthropy and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
