Her entrepreneurial journey began while she was pursuing a Fashion Designing course. Working from a small room in her home, she started designing garments with limited resources but immense confidence in her abilities. Encouraged and supported by her husband, she converted her passion for fashion into a business that gradually earned customer appreciation through superior craftsmanship and personalized service. Her dedication to quality and attention to detail quickly established a loyal customer base, motivating her to take the next step in expanding her venture.
As demand for her creations increased, she opened her first retail outlet in Kalwa. Running a physical store exposed her to the realities of entrepreneurship, including inventory management, customer engagement, financial planning, and business operations. Although the store faced visibility challenges due to nearby commercial establishments, she remained focused on strengthening the brand through consistent quality and customer satisfaction. Her determination ensured that temporary setbacks never became permanent obstacles.
The COVID-19 pandemic presented one of the greatest challenges of her career. With business activities coming to a near standstill, she identified an opportunity in the traditional children’s wear segment. Beginning with a single tailor and a limited production setup, she introduced festive ethnic outfits for girls using available fabric. The response exceeded expectations, validating her vision. When raw material shortages emerged, she creatively repurposed traditional sarees into children’s garments, transforming adversity into a profitable and innovative product line that revived the business during an uncertain period.
Determined to rebuild and expand, she secured a bank loan of approximately ₹5 lakh to stabilize operations and invest in future growth. Inspired by her own experiences as a mother searching for quality traditional clothing for children, she diversified Eshaa Creation’s offerings to address a growing market need. This customer-centric strategy became a significant milestone in the company’s expansion.
Today, Eshaa Creation has established a strong retail presence with outlets in Thane, Dombivli, and Nashik. The brand offers an extensive collection of ready-made blouses, sarees, kidswear, jewellery, Paithani clutches, Khan fabric products, menswear, and traditional accessories. Recognizing the importance of digital engagement, she also strengthened the company’s presence through social media marketing, creative visual content, and online customer interaction. The brand’s growing popularity has extended to the Marathi entertainment industry, including collaborations associated with the Marathi film Pandu.
Beyond commercial success, she remains committed to empowering women by creating employment opportunities and encouraging entrepreneurship through the expanding Eshaa Creation network. Her leadership reflects the belief that business should contribute positively to society by enabling financial independence and skill development.
One of the most defining moments of her life came with the tragic loss of her husband in an accident. Despite immense personal grief and recovering from serious injuries, she returned to work within just fifteen days, determined to fulfil the dream they had built together.
