From humble beginnings, he embarked on a journey shaped by an insatiable desire for learning and professional excellence. Over the years, he has evolved from a young accounting enthusiast to an internationally recognized figure in higher education management. He joined The University of Fiji in 2004 and has since risen through positions of increasing responsibility—from Finance Officer to Chief Financial Officer, and ultimately to Chief Finance. In this pivotal role, he manages budgeting, procurement, audits, compliance, policy development, and financial reporting. As an Ambassador for the Association of Commonwealth Universities (UK) and a member of the International Association of Universities, he advocates for educational collaboration and capacity building. He has represented Fiji in numerous international conferences across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and the UK, sharing insights on financial management, leadership innovation, and higher education policy.

Despite his expansive portfolio, he remains grounded in personal values that prioritize family, humility, and continuous growth. His life demonstrates that leadership is not defined by titles but by purpose, impact, and service.

As he continues to advance financial governance, education reform, and community development, he represents a compelling example of how vision, perseverance, and integrity can shape institutions—and inspire nations.
