Currently serving as the Manager – Human Resource Business Partner at Havmor Ice-cream Pvt. Ltd., a division of LOTTE Wellfood Co. Ltd., Pune, since September 2023, he has been at the forefront of one of Asia’s largest greenfield projects in ice cream manufacturing.

His responsibilities encompass Strategic HR, Change Management, HR Transformation, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement. Managing HR operations for over 1,000 employees, he ensures compliance with statutory regulations and drives the implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS), aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Hailing from the small town of Satana in Nashik, Maharashtra, his journey is a story of relentless determination and excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pune University in 2009 and a Master of Social Work in Human Resource Management from IMR&T Institute, Nashik, in 2011. To further strengthen his expertise, he completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2023. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex HR landscapes. At Havmor Ice-cream Pvt. Ltd., his leadership in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance has been pivotal in fostering a culture of innovation and growth. Before this role, he served at Nash Industries India Pvt. Ltd., where he led HR operations for over 500 employees, introducing HR Analytics, Organizational Development (OD) interventions, and Succession Planning frameworks to streamline processes and enhance employee performance.

At Funskool India Ltd. in Goa, he managed HR and administrative functions for a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. He successfully implemented payroll software and completed social ethical audits, showcasing his forward-thinking approach to HR technology and compliance. His prior roles at organizations such as Porite (India) Pvt. Ltd., Dream Plast India Pvt. Ltd., and Samsonite South Asia Pvt. Ltd. further illustrate his expertise in managing large workforces, negotiating union wage settlements, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
