Mr. Ishan Jain is an accomplished HR enthusiast with over a decade of experience in addressing the HR needs of various startups. His  HR career began as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing unit, where he managed comprehensive human resource practices to foster a positive work culture. Despite facing challenges, his determination turned his dreams into reality when he founded Concatenate, an organization aimed at providing career counseling sessions to students, in 2014. While continuing his corporate journey with Ernst & Young, he expanded his role to include campus recruitments, complementing his primary responsibilities in audit assurance.

At 24, he  pursued a Master’s in Human Resources, studying at the prestigious Goa Institute of Management. Always aspiring to be an entrepreneur, he founded a society during his post-graduation that provided students a platform to showcase their theatrical talents. Concurrently, he relaunched Concatenate, identifying a significant need for CV writing assistance on campus. He began offering resume redrafting services to students preparing for placements.

After completing his post-graduation, he  joined Maruti Suzuki India Limited as a Compensation and Benefits Partner. Despite spending four years in the corporate sector, his aspiration to grow Concatenate never waned. He worked tirelessly, dedicating 16-hour days to rebrand Concatenate to Celeckt, launching three verticals: Business to Business, Business to Campus, and Campus to Campus.

Over the past five years, he  has supported over 50 companies in managing their HR practices, introducing the concept of HR outsourcing to his clients. Additionally, he has provided placement support to more than 5,000 students, helping them craft stronger resumes and prepare for job interviews, ultimately connecting them to their dream jobs.

His  clear vision and mission drive him to motivate his team towards excellence, leading by example with his tireless work ethic. Despite his demanding schedule, he remains dedicated to his family and personal interests. With a keen interest in writing, he  plans to author a book that integrates the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita into the field of Human Resources.
